We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin to support daily office operations and administrative matters.

Administrative Support|行政事务支持
Handle daily administrative and clerical tasks
处理日常行政及文书工作
Maintain proper filing systems and company documentation
维护公司文件及档案管理系统
Prepare letters, reports, forms, and official documents
准备信函、报告、表格及相关文件
Manage office supplies and stationery
管理办公室用品及文具
Arrange courier services and document delivery
安排快递及文件递送事务
Office Operations|办公室运营
Ensure smooth daily office operations
确保办公室日常运作顺畅
Monitor office maintenance and cleanliness
监督办公室维修及清洁事项
Assist in general administrative matters when required
必要时协助一般行政事务
Requirements|职位要求
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
拥有商业行政或相关科系文凭 / 学位
Minimum 1–2 years of admin experience preferred
具备1–2年行政工作经验者优先
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
熟悉 Microsoft Office 软件(Excel、Word、Outlook)
Good communication skills in English and Mandarin
