1. Strategic Business Development & Revenue Management
- Develop and lead the company’s overall sales and marketing strategies in line with corporate objectives.
- Identify high-value business opportunities, market expansion plans, and new revenue streams across multiple business segments.
- Establish annual sales targets, growth plans, and revenue projections for the department.
- Lead negotiations for major contracts, strategic partnerships, and key business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitor strategies to strengthen market positioning.
2. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the Sales & Marketing team to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Set departmental KPIs, performance targets, and development plans for team members.
- Actively conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
- Foster a positive, results-driven, and customer-focused working culture
3. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
- Develop and oversee integrated marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and market presence.
- Approve and monitor marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and branding initiatives.
- Oversee digital marketing strategies including website management, social media platforms, and online advertising.
4. Key Account & Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients across various business segments.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across UTM Holdings’ services and solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.
5. Tender, Proposal & Contract Oversight
- Oversee the preparation and review of major tenders, proposals, and business submissions.
- Ensure all proposals comply with company policies, client requirements, and commercial standards.
- Review contract terms, pricing strategies, and business risks before submission or agreement execution.
- Monitor project and contract performance to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
6. Financial Planning & Performance Monitoring
- Manage departmental sales budgets, forecasts, and revenue performance.
- Analyze sales performance data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Prepare management reports, business reviews, and performance presentations.
- Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure achievement of business goals.
