About the role
Estek Automation Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and organised Admin to join our dynamic team in Batu Kawan, Penang. As an Admin, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. This is a full-time position that will allow you to contribute to the success of our growing company.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining records and databases
- Assisting with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents
- Coordinating travel arrangements and logistics for the team
- Answering and directing phone calls, as well as greeting and assisting visitors
- Performing a variety of other clerical and administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Prior experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the Administration & Office Support industry
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality work
- Mandarin speaker
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
