IT Sales & Business Development Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic IT Sales & Business Development Manager to drive business growth across Singapore and APAC. This role combines technical knowledge and commercial expertise to identify opportunities, build a strong sales pipeline, and deliver tailored IT solutions aligned with client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and convert new business opportunities into revenue
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for IT solutions and services
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Present and propose suitable IT solutions, including preparing proposals and commercial offers
Support sales and marketing initiatives such as campaigns and events
Gather market intelligence on customers, competitors, and industry trends
Collaborate with internal teams to align technical solutions with client requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT sales or business development
Proven experience in selling IT solutions (e.g., data centre, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services)
Experience in System Integrator (SI) or Managed Services environment preferred
Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills
