As a Barista at YuBake Coffee, you will play a key role in crafting delicious coffee, beverages and providing outstanding service to our customers. Responsibilities include:

Job Description:

• Beverage Preparation: Create and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including coffee, tea, and specialty artisan beverages.
• Work Area Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, utensils, and equipment.
• Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, describe menu items, make recommendations, and process orders and payments.
• Stock Management: Order, receive, and organize stock supplies to ensure smooth operation.
• Seating Area Upkeep: Ensure the service and seating areas are clean and welcoming for all guests.
• Inventory Management: Regularly check and manage stock inventory to maintain adequate supplies.

Additional Requirements for Senior Barista Role:

• Experience: Previous experience in a barista or similar role is preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead by example, mentor junior staff, and manage shifts when necessary.
• Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries and operational challenges effectively.
