Job Summary

We’re looking for a Livestream Host who’s comfortable talking about sleep, comfort, and helping people choose the right mattress — while doing live streams on TikTok / Shopee / Facebook.

If you’re someone who enjoys talking, can explain things clearly, and doesn’t mind being on camera, this might fit you well.

You don’t need to “sound like a salesperson”. What matters more is that you can connect with people and help them understand what makes a good mattress.

Key Responsibilities

• Go live and introduce Mattress products in a simple, relatable way
• Talk about real sleep problems (back pain, hot sleep, bad mattresses, etc.) and how our products help
• Answer questions from viewers during livestreams
• Share honest comparisons (firm vs soft, foam vs hybrid, etc.)
• Help turn viewers into customers — without being pushy
• Work with the team on ideas, scripts, and livestream flow
• Track what works and improve each session over time

Job Requirements

• Comfortable speaking on camera (or willing to learn quickly)
• Friendly, natural communicator — not robotic
• Able to explain things in a simple way
• Not afraid to engage with strangers online
• Interested in lifestyle, sleep, home, or wellness products is a plus
• Able to work flexible hours (some evenings or peak livestream times)

Bonus if you have

• Experience in sales, livestreaming, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to “read the room” and keep energy up during live sessions
• Confidence handling questions like “why is this worth the price?”
• Experience with TikTok Shop or Shopee Live
