岗位职责
Job Responsibilities:
•Assist in preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, monthly financial reports(expenses, petty cash, purchases) and attendance records.
•Monitor and track operational costs including raw materials, utilities, manpower, and logistics.
•Handle petty cash management, claims verification, and reimbursement processing.
•Support invoice processing, purchase orders (PO), and supplier payment tracking.
•Liaise with Finance Department in HQ on budgeting, cost control, and financial audits.
•Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions for audit and compliance purposes.
Job Requirements:
•SPM or Diploma and administrative works preferred.
•Minimum 1–2 years of administration (fresh graduates may be considered).
•Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
•Able to work long hours, shifts, and under supervision.
•Good teamwork and discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
