As a Support Specialist, you will work with your team to ensure customers are satisfied with their experience with us during the before and after sales process. Our Support Team is collaborative and operationally productive, with the mission of providing the best outcomes for our customers.

Job Description:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries regarding the use of Sage Intacct, Sage 300 ERP and CRM via phone, email and WhatsApp;
  • Multiple opportunities to forge lasting relationships with our Singapore clients, making this an excellent opportunity for a talented executive seeking to take their career to the next level;
  • Conduct User Trainings to new and existing customers, ensuring to clearly communicate the use of Sage applications and clear any doubts;
  • Work closely with the Support Team by assisting with projects in Singapore;
  • Opportunity to travel to Singapore for field trainings and bonding sessions with the Singapore Team when necessary;
  • Work closely with the Sales Team in coordinating activities such as scheduling of user trainings, technical/software installations or other activities that will aid in developing opportunities and sales;
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibition or conferences on behalf of the Company to promote Sage Intacct, Sage 300 and ISV solutions as well as extend our corporate network.

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field;
  • Highly-motivated and result-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Sensitive to customers' needs and try to match the company's best interest and theirs to achieve the best outcome;
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin;
  • Preferably with related working experience.
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Basic Accounting knowledge;
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
