This is your role. What part will you play?

As part of the KVMRT Project team, you will play a role to support Project team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at assisting the project team in their day-to-day tasks to align with the project deliverables.

Project Management Support

• Work closely with the Project Management team to facilitate project-related activities especially site related activities including coordination with the customer representatives.

Document Controlling

• Assist the Document Control Manager in handling document control processes, including data entry, version tracking, and submissions within the document management system. Ensure that all project documentation is accurately maintained, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Technical Documentation & Reporting

• Assisting in the preparation of technical documents for submission based on the project template.
• Supporting to ensure that all submissions meet the required standards before being shared with customer and stakeholders.

In this role, attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication are essential to support the project's success. You will contribute to maintaining structured documentation workflows, enabling smooth information exchange within the project team and relevant stakeholders.

What you need to make real what matters.

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Work independently and able to perform tasks with minimal supervision but also be a good team player who can work well in a multi-cultural environment.
• Good knowledge in MS Office applications.
• Good command of English (spoken & written).
