We are seeking a proactive Contract Manager with strong expertise in subcontractor negotiation and management to support our shipbuilding and construction projects. This role is central to ensuring smooth collaboration, cost efficiency, and compliance across all subcontractor agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Subcontractor negotiation to secure favorable terms and conditions

- Drafting and reviewing subcontractor agreements for clarity and compliance

- Managing claims, disputes, and variations with subcontractors

- Monitoring subcontractor performance against contractual obligations

- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to align subcontractor deliverables with project goals

Requirements:

- Degree in Law, Business, or related discipline

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in contract management within shipbuilding or construction

- Proven track record in subcontractor management and negotiation

- Strong knowledge of maritime regulations and construction contracts.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
