Job Summary

Air Market Logistics (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Air Operations Officer (Import & Export) to join our airfreight operations team at Changi Airfreight Centre.

Key Responsibilities

Air Import Operations

• Coordinate air import shipments from arrival to final delivery

• Monitor cargo arrival status through airlines and ground handling agents (SATS / dnata)

• Arrange cargo collection from airport cargo terminals

• Prepare and process import permits and customs clearance documentation

• Coordinate with trucking providers for cargo delivery to customers

• Liaise with overseas agents and customers regarding shipment status and documentation

• Ensure timely cargo release and resolve shipment discrepancies when required

Air Export Operations

• Coordinate export shipment bookings with airlines and co-loaders

• Prepare export documentation including MAWB, HAWB, and shipping instructions

• Arrange cargo acceptance with ground handling agents

• Verify cargo details including weight, dimensions, and packaging requirements

• Ensure compliance with airline and customs export procedures

• Monitor flight schedules and update customers on shipment departures

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare and verify shipping documentation including:


Master Air Waybill (MAWB)
House Air Waybill (HAWB)
Commercial Invoice
Packing List
Export / Import Permits


Coordination & Customer Service

• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents, customers, warehouse teams, and transport providers

• Provide shipment updates and respond to operational enquiries

• Handle operational issues and ensure timely resolution to avoid shipment delays

• Maintain good working relationships with partners and agents
