Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Define and articulate the brand’s creative direction and narrative framework.
• Establish a strong, premium brand identity aligned with fitness, performance, and lifestyle positioning.
• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
• Conceptualize and execute high-impact online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Lead creative direction for short-form video content, social media, influencer collaborations, and experiential events.
• Develop campaigns that drive both brand equity and measurable member growth.
• Lead creative packaging and launch campaigns for programs, transformation challenges, and signature services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Communications, Design, or any working experiece in social media roles, preferably within fitness, sports, luxury lifestyle, or wellness industries.. etc
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful brand-building and campaign execution.
• Deep understanding of community engagement and digital content ecosystems.
• Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills.
