We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our dynamic maritime operations team. As a key member representing a reputable ship owner, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of daily shipping and bunker operations. You will serve as a vital link between vessels, port authorities, and internal stakeholders, ensuring that all operational documentation is accurately prepared and verified in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Document Management: Prepare, review, and meticulously verify critical operational documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This includes:

-Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN)

-Cargo documents

-Delivery reports

-Port documentation

-Statements of Facts (SOF)

• Vessel Operations Support: Coordinate with Masters, agents, and port authorities to facilitate smooth vessel turnarounds and efficient port calls.
• Bunker & Cargo Operations: Monitor and support bunker and cargo operations, ensuring all activities are executed safely and in accordance with company policies and charter party agreements.
• Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with internal departments (commercial, technical, marine) and external parties to resolve any operational discrepancies.
• Reporting: Generate regular operational reports and maintain up-to-date records in the company's maritime software systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local and international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marine Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bunker operations, shipping operations, tanker operations, or the broader maritime industry.
• Strong understanding of ship owner operations, port procedures, and maritime documentation.
• Exceptional accuracy in preparing and verifying complex operational and shipping documents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive approach to identifying operational challenges and implementing effective solutions.
