In this role, you will:

1. Be an active participant in the development of high-volume, high-performance, low-latency, and reliable mission-critical applications
2. Follow coding standards and development processes to ensure code quality and maintainability
3. Assist in code reviews and issue resolution
4. Design and develop new features based on requirements and specifications
5. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and fix system defects
6. Participate in technical discussions and project meetings, providing technical support and suggestions
7. Apply AI Coding tools (e.g., Codex, Qoder, Claude code, etc.) to improve development efficiency and code quality.
8. Create effective prompts for AI Coding tools and optimize generated code with best practices.

You could be a good fit, if you are/have:

1. Pursuing bachelor's or above degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
2. Experience in Java programming, familiarity with Java development environment
3. Possess baseline problem-solving and debugging skills
4. Excellent communication skills and strong collaboration mindset
5. Possess foundational database knowledge, such as SQL, transaction and relational databases
6. Basic experience using AI coding tools and optimize generated code with best practice
7. Able to write clear prompts to help AI generate code
