We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading Global Investment Bank in Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, including a white glove service for high touch candidates and managers
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking systems (ORC), including interview feedback requests, candidate disengagement communications
- Collaborate cross-functionally with wider HR and business teams
- Support Operations Lead on a variety of operations tasks, including offer checking, docusign offer extension and more
- Work closely with the Operations Lead on a variety of Recruitment Operation projects
- Perform other related and ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
- Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2+ years experience in Recruitment Coordination/Human Resources or relevant internship in lieu of 1- 2 years work experience is also acceptable
- Technology-centric skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent prioritization, writing and oral communication skills
- A positive attitude and a \"can-do\" mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Ability to effectively work in a fast paced, detail oriented and deadline focused environment
