职位描述

岗位职责

  • Provide IT support and troubleshooting for HQ office and project sites.
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, CCTV, and Synology devices.
  • Manage and support office network, internet, Wi-Fi, and common network issues.
  • Maintain IT security, system updates, and data backup/recovery processes.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of company software and hardware systems.
  • Manage IT assets, software licenses, and IT procurement.
  • Setup user accounts, email access, and support staff onboarding/offboarding.
  • Prepare and maintain IT SOPs and documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining company website and intranet.
  • Liaise with vendors for IT-related support and services.
  • Perform other ad-hoc IT duties as assigned
