岗位职责

Descriptions : This is a field technical support job. It mainly involves in hardware troubleshooting. It is a network printing multifunction device which occasionally needs networking troubleshooting skill to isolate the root cause of the problem. It is a normal office working hours, Mondays to Fridays job. Full product training will be provided. Responsibility : 1. To support and assist customer in resolving their machine performance issue in a prompt manner and follow up with necessary escalation. 2. To carry out machine Preventive Maintenance schedule. 3. To update timely the service call status, submission of report etc as per the process. Education : Certificate / Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or IT Network and relevant field. Experience : Fresh Graduate is acceptable. Working experience in relevant field and basic Network troubleshooting skill is an advantage. Training will be provided. Attributes : 1. Please personality, good communication and interpersonal skill. 2. Able to work independently as well as a good team player. 3. Strong technical troubleshooting skill. 4. Committed and Result driven. 5. Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure. 6. With strong self-initiative and creativity. Transportation : Possess own car transport. Allowance will be provided. Contract length: 12 months yearly renewal basis. Benefits : 1. EPF, SOCSO and EIS contributions. 2. Medical Claim. 3. Annual performance salary increment. 4. Annual performance bonus. 5. Transport Allowance. 6. Uniform and Tools will be provided.
