  • Prepared quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BQ) based on construction drawings and specifications
  • Measured quantities for materials, labor, and construction works accurately
  • Prepared cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for construction projects
  • Monitored project costs and ensured budget control
  • Prepared progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
  • Conducted site measurements and quantity take-offs
  • Coordinated with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Assisted in contract administration and project documentation
  • Ensured compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements
