Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Singapore for a Server Support Engineer. Responsibilities include providing technical support for server-related issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing operating systems, and implementing network security measures. The Server Support Engineer will collaborate with teams to ensure system reliability, and document resolutions for recurring issues.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Server Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Experience in providing Technical Support and managing Operating Systems across different environments
- Knowledge of implementing and maintaining Network Security to ensure system integrity
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or similar credentials are an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
