Solution Architect Manager (AI Infrastructure) – Singapore

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and customer-oriented Solution Architect Manager to lead the design and delivery of AI infrastructure solutions across Southeast Asia. This role will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to support enterprise customers in deploying scalable AI workloads across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

You will play a key role in bridging business needs with technical solutions, especially in areas such as GPU computing, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects to support pre-sales and solution delivery across the region
• Partner closely with Sales/BD teams to engage enterprise customers and understand their AI/ML infrastructure needs
• Design end-to-end AI infrastructure solutions, including GPU clusters, Kubernetes orchestration, and hybrid cloud architectures
• Provide technical guidance on AI workload deployment, including training, fine-tuning, and inference pipelines
• Drive solution standardization and best practices across cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and on-prem environments
• Act as a technical advisor to customers, supporting architecture discussions, POCs, and solution optimization
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product enhancements
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies in AI infrastructure, HPC, and cloud-native ecosystems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5–10 years of experience in solution architecture, cloud infrastructure, or related technical roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and containerized environments
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud architectures
• Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU computing, or high-performance computing (HPC) is highly preferred
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles (pre-sales / solution consulting)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with AI startups, cloud providers, or data center infrastructure companies
• Exposure to large-scale distributed systems or AI training platforms
• Familiarity with NVIDIA ecosystem (e.g., CUDA, GPU clusters) is a strong plus
