Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and highly driven Sales Executive to accelerate our growth by managing both new business development (outbound) and inbound sales for our corporate gifting and experiential branding solutions.

This role is ideal for an agile, resilient individual who thrives in a high-ownership, fast-paced environment. You will kickstart your journey by managing transactional deals and supporting our senior team members. As you master our custom workflows, production timelines, and strategic positioning, you will have a clear trajectory to scale into managing major corporate and MNC accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Business Development: Actively prospect, target, and acquire new corporate clients across diverse industries through strategic outbound outreach.

  • Inbound Lead Conversion: Promptly respond to, nurture, and close inbound inquiries generated by the company's marketing efforts.

  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Guide clients through the full sales pipeline—from understanding their brand vision, to pitching tailored solutions, developing custom proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing the deal.

  • Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to corporate partners, building deep, long-term relationships that result in repeat business and client loyalty.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal operations, sourcing, and creative design teams to ensure bespoke client requirements are perfectly executed and delivered on time.

  • Pipeline Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and meticulously detailed records of client touchpoints and sales pipelines within our CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 2–3 years of working experience. Experience in B2B/corporate sales, corporate gifting, event management, or promotional marketing is a strong advantage, but not mandatory.

  • Resilience & Drive: A strong sense of persistence and thick skin—you are not easily discouraged by the natural rejections of business development and view challenges as learning milestones.

  • Analytical yet Relationship-Driven: Highly empathetic and skilled at building professional rapport, while simultaneously comfortable working with data, structured CRM processes, and production timelines.

  • Growth Mindset: Coachable, eager to learn, and able to take constructive feedback to continuously improve your sales approach.

  • Thrives in Fast-Paced Environments: Comfortable operating with autonomy and high ownership in an agile, rapidly evolving business structure.
