*Job Description*
- Ensure proper up keeping of documents and records
- Arrange & book appointment for clients
- Liaise with field technicians
- Simple copy & paste accounting data matching
- Any other admin duties assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skill
- Well-organised (Both physical & online filing)
- Good with Microsoft Office and IT Savvy
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
- Previous working experience in pest control / environmental hygiene will be an advantage
