Description: Track all inventory items, ensuring accurate stock levels are maintained and reported daily. Handle warranty claims and maintain communication with suppliers for returns, replacements, and warranty processes.
Target: 100% accuracy in inventory records and timely processing of warranty claims, ensuring no discrepancies between physical stock and system records at the end of every month.
2. Account Data Entry
Description: Ensure all purchases, sales, and inventory movements are accurately recorded in the accounting system. This includes proper documentation for deliveries and purchases.
Target: 100% data entry accuracy with all transactions, including delivery documentation, recorded within 24 hours of completion.
3. Making Purchases & Supplier Negotiations
Description: Handle procurement of goods, negotiate with suppliers for the best pricing and terms, including handling warranties, and ensure timely purchasing without affecting quality.
Target: 100% on-time purchasing and supplier negotiation for price reductions or better terms, ensuring no operational delays.
4. Training the Storekeeper
Description: Train and mentor the storekeeper on inventory tracking, store maintenance, and operational efficiency, including managing warranties and claims.
Target: 100% completion of training with weekly performance checks on the storekeeper's adherence to standard operating procedures.
5. Store Organization and Cleanliness
Description: Ensure that the store is consistently organized, with all items properly labeled, clean, and well-maintained.
Target: Store must be 100% clean and in order at all times, with regular weekly checks to ensure compliance.
6. Other Tasks
Description: Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager, ensuring flexible and proactive support for business needs.
Target: 100% task completion within deadlines, as assigned.
