The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in shopping mall operations.
• Demonstrated success in retail leasing with a robust network of tenants and industry contacts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong negotiation and numerical abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft software such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, capable of multitasking, and able to work within tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude, independent, resourceful, and a team player.

The Job

• Assist the Leasing Manager in planning retail spaces, including evaluating and organizing the trade and tenant mix.
• Find and secure tenants that align with the mall's strategic tenant mix. This involves making cold calls, arranging site visits, and negotiating lease agreements and renewals.
• Prepare and oversee lease documentation and promotional materials.
• Utilize various systems and tools to monitor tenant sales, lease performance, rental trends, forecasting, and generate management reports.
• Employ strong analytical skills to analyze mall data and sales performance.
• Conduct research to stay updated on market trends.
• Develop and sustain positive relationships with tenants.
• Ensure timely collection of rent and take action to recover overdue payments.
• Manage tenant and vendor interactions regarding monthly GTO sales through our portal and POS system.
• Assist in optimizing lease management systems like the Lease Management Analytics System and Point of Sales System.
• Support studies and initiatives to develop new retail formats and curated concepts.
• Keep tenancy and sales documents well-organized and up-to-date.
