Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Generate new business for service and parts through proactive outreach, including cold calls, presentations, and lead follow-up
• Focus on selling Planned Maintenance and Service Maintenance contracts, with secondary emphasis on additional products and services
• Deliver accurate pricing information and negotiate customized service agreements effectively
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation promptly
• Communicate customer needs to the service department and adhere to company policies
• Identify cross-selling opportunities such as battery sales, product overhauls, rentals, and support accessories
• Ensure smooth internal handoff of customer orders for timely delivery of solutions
• Present service offerings professionally, demonstrating quality, integrity, and customer understanding
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly to ensure satisfactory resolution
• Balance customer satisfaction with company operational requirements

Account Management

• Regularly engage with current branch customers to grow service business and strengthen client relationships
• Prepare accurate service quotes tailored to customer needs
• Meet with clients to promote services and product offerings
• Reconnect with inactive customers to encourage re-engagement with company services

Additional Duties

• Participate in sales meetings and support resolution of service or accounts receivable issues
• Contribute to ad hoc projects to improve sales performance and service delivery
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment
• Complete additional tasks to support team objectives
