Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility & Admin Manager, based in Johor Baharu. The role includes managing day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards, and overseeing administrative processes. Responsibilities further include coordinating with team leaders, maintaining vendor relationships, optimizing resource allocations, and ensuring a smooth workflow across the facilities and administrative departments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Business Administration and Facility Management or related field. 

• Experience in managing facility maintenance, office administration, vendors, contractors, and workplace improvements

• Knowledge of Health, Safety, Legal, and Compliance standards to ensure company operations follow regulations and statutory requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and external authorities

• Proficiency in reporting, documentation, budgeting, contract management, and SOP implementation for effective operational control

• Ability to manage cost control initiatives, business continuity planning (BCP), and operational risk assessments

• Experience in facility management, administration, or related fields is a strong advantage
