Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative, based in Tawau. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer relationships, driving lead generation, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing accounts, and assisting in sales efforts. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions to ensure exceptional service and relationship management.

- Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and expand existing customer relationships
