Job Title: Project Manager (12‑Month Contract)
Location: Singapore (Office-based, no travel)

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a regional Field Corrective Action (FCA) programme across APAC. The role focuses on coordinating inspection activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.

About The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to support a regional Field Corrective Action (FCA) programme across APAC. The role focuses on coordinating inspection activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely reporting and follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate FCA activities across multiple APAC markets
- Track inspection progress and outcomes across installed systems
- Consolidate inputs from field teams and stakeholders
- Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards (via CRM tools such as Salesforce)
- Maintain accurate tracking of actions, timelines, and deliverables
- Follow up with internal teams and regional distributors to ensure timely execution
- Identify delays and proactively drive resolution
- 1–2 years of project coordination or related experience
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Highly organised with strong follow-up discipline
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) preferred
- Exposure to MedTech or healthcare industry is a plus
- Comfortable working in a coordination-focused, non-technical role
