Requirements
Degree in Project Management, Business, IT or related field.
At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management, preferably in social service, healthcare or IT implementation.
Strong knowledge of digital systems implementation, vendor management and governance.
Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
Project management certification(PMP/Prince2/Agile) advantageous.
Responsibilities
Project Implementation & Management
Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end project activities across multiple digitalization initiatives.
Develop project plans with timelines, deliverables, milestones and budgets.
Manage vendor contracts, system testing and rollout.
Make delivery trade-offs and prioritization decisions within approved scope and budgets.
Be accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery outcomes.
Stakeholder & Change Management
Engage internal stakeholders(Volunteer, Fundraising, HR, Finance, Operations, Programmes) to ensure requirements are captured.
Lead change management initiatives, including communications, user training and support.
Address user concerns and manage adoption challenges.
Align stakeholders on delivery decisions and adoption priorities.
Governance & Reporting
Track KPIs, outcomes and implementation milestones as per NCSS/MSF reporting requirements.
Prepare project progress reports, board updates and post-implementation reviews.
Ensure compliance with data protection, audit standards and system governance.
Escalate risks and mitigation plans to senior management with recommendations.
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for workflow optimization through system usage.
Propose enhancements to strengthen organizational digital capability.
Working Hours
Five-day work week, up to 44 hours per week
Availability to attend meetings or work on weekends when required
