Job Responsibilities:
CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES:
Passionate and highly motivated with good insight of customer service
Service oriented with high enthusiasm to serve professionally
Excellent communication skills
Desire to achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI’s as determined
Collaborate with team members in meeting group sales targets
Build a long-term relationship with the customer by strategic approach
OPERATION:
Assist with the store’s visual directives, inventory and maintain standards of housekeeping
Develop deep understanding of computer system to handle transactions and perform other function such as merchandise transfer and order fulfilments
Assist with all other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the retail industry
Service oriented; good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, mature, and good team player
Sales experience in retail apparel is a plus
Strong systematic organized approach to work
Willing to work 8hrs a day, 5-day work week. (Rotational work shift that includes early opening and late closing)
