Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and driven Solution Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about Cloud & Cybersecurity to drive adoption for AI use cases and Managed Security Services. The successful candidate will understand the importance of becoming trusted advisor for organization build roadmap and adopt the solution to address business challenge. We are looking for someone who demonstrates ownership, discipline, consistency, a strong mindset, independence, and a never-give-up attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic solution sales plans to achieve targets and expand our customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the cybersecurity and cloud to map with customer adoption for AI, Data Analytic, Modern Application, Multi-Cloud while maintaining security guardrails.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in the Financial Services Industry (FSI) and manufacturing segments is highly desirable.
• In-depth solution selling using Microsoft Cloud services (Azure, Security, Productivity).
• Experience in selling Managed SOC using cloud delivered security solution across SIEM, Threat Intelligent and Secured Productivity (Microsoft E3/35)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
