Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
* 3-5+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, CRM implementation, or consulting within high-growth SaaS, AI, or digital businesses.
* Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuring workflows, Process Builder, Flows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, reports and dashboards.
* Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
* Familiarity with Apex, REST APIs and SOQL/SOSL, as well as experience with JavaScript, HTML, or Lightning Web Components for UI enhancement is a plus.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable system and process improvements.
