What The Role Is

Join us in shaping how HDB captures and leverages its knowledge and information to drive better decisions, improve operations, and foster organisational learning. In this role, you will manage, review and enhance the frameworks and systems that keep HDB's information organised and accessible across its full lifecycle, and contribute to capability building in addition to coordinating HDB’s contributions to Parliamentary matters.



What You Will Be Working On

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Competency Framework Development

Work with HDB’s domain experts to develop and refresh structured competency frameworks that define the skills and capabilities our staff need, to guide their professional growth;

- Parliamentary Matters Coordination

Coordinate HDB’s contributions to Parliamentary matters, including Parliamentary Questions, by working with relevant operating groups to ensure timely, accurate, and well-substantiated inputs and responses;

- Records Management

Work in partnership with operating groups to review and refine HDB's file plan and filing systems. Analyse how information is currently organised and redesign classification methods to better serve business needs;

- Knowledge Repository Enhancement

Upgrade both physical and digital knowledge repositories. Design processes that capture important information effectively and make it easy to find when needed; and

- Records Lifecycle Management

Manage government records from creation to disposal, including the evaluation and transfer of records with long-term value to the appropriate repositories.



What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a results-oriented individual with strong writing, analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. You should be comfortable engaging stakeholders at different levels, be able to work well both independently and as part of a team, and possess keen attention to detail.

Experience and familiarity with records management standards & approaches or competency framework development is advantageous but not essential.

Successful applicants will be offered 1-year contract for a start. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
