Key Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end mobile application delivery, including requirements gathering, estimation, implementation, testing support, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams during discussions and user story walkthrough sessions by providing technical feedback and recommendations.
• Provide UAT and production support by troubleshooting issues, investigating incidents, and implementing fixes when required.
• Support monthly patching activities, DR drills, and other technical maintenance activities.
• Optimize application code to ensure application stability, performance, and scalability.
• Support implementation and remediation activities related to technical initiatives, audits, and security findings to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
• Maintain proper technical documentation to ensure transparency and effective knowledge sharing.
• Continuously explore new technologies, conduct Proof of Concepts (POC), and propose improvements to enhance application performance, stability, and user experience.
• Lead and mentor junior developers through code reviews, peer programming, and technical guidance to support their professional growth and development.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in native mobile application development for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Strong experience in either:
• iOS: Swift, CocoaPods, Swift Package Manager (SPM), XIB/Storyboards, SwiftUI, Firebase, Adobe Analytics.
• Android: Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, Firebase, Adobe Analytics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in secure coding practices and security implementation.
• Experience publishing applications to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and/or Huawei App Gallery.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MSSQL / SQL development.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
