Job Description:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of company extensive range of educational assessment books, including content, unique selling points, and target audiences.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools and teachers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable books and resources.
- Actively promote company products through presentations, meetings, and events, ensuring company products meet the educational needs of customers.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve company product offerings.
- Assist customers with placing orders, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-sales inquiries or issues.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in selling educational assessment books to the schools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation:
- Working location: Bukit Merah
- Commissions and sales incentives
