Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Functional Lead to drive solution design and delivery for enterprise lending platform initiatives withinthe banking domain. This role will be responsible for leading functional analysis, integration planning, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement across corporate lending transformation projects.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in lending operations, banking system implementations, and end-to-end delivery across large-scale financial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional solutioning and business process design for lending platform implementation projects
• Define solution approaches across the corporate lending lifecycle including loan origination, servicing, repayment, and closure processes
• Manage mapping and configuration across lending products, customer structures, credit facilities, and loan components
• Drive integration planning involving APIs, interface design, reconciliation processes, and system data flows
• Oversee SIT, UAT, and production readiness activities to ensure successful project delivery
• Coordinate issue management, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations during project implementation
• Ensure data consistency, validation controls, and operational accuracy across integrated platforms
• Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to align delivery objectives
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support capability development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 9 years of experience within banking technology, lending platforms, or corporate banking environments
• Strong experience supporting lending system implementation, enhancement, or production support projects
• Good understanding of corporate lending operations, credit lifecycle management, and banking workflows
• Proven experience leading functional analysis, solution design, and project delivery activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• Experience working on enterprise banking transformation initiatives is advantageous
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and risk management practices within lending operations is preferred
• Exposure to data migration, reconciliation, and integration activities will be an added advantage
