Job Description & Requirements

Roles &Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

·               Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical systems andcomponents.

·               Support the preparation of technical drawings, specifications, andengineering documentation.

·               Assist in basic feasibility studies and preliminary cost estimates forelectrical systems.

·               Ensure assigned work complies with electrical codes, safety standards, andregulations.

·               Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, civil, andsoftware engineers under supervision.

·               Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing correctivesolutions.

·               Support installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electricalsystems.

·               Assist in maintenance activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

·               Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

·               Higher Secondary , Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field(required).

·               Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience areencouraged to apply.

·               Professional Engineer (PE), Engineer-in-Training (EIT), or equivalentcertification is an advantage.

Technical Skills

·               Basic knowledge of electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP,MATLAB, or similar tools.

·               Familiarity with electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, IEC).

·               Understanding of circuit design, PLCs, power systems, or control systems.

·               Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.

Soft Skills

·               Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·               Strong communication and teamwork skills.

·               Ability to manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines.

·               Willingness to learn and develop technical expertise.
