ROLE OVERVIEW

You will contribute to designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and interfaces depending on your specialization (Frontend, Backend, or Web Design), while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams. ️

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES️ Frontend Developer

• Build responsive web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular)
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional interfaces
• Optimize applications for performance and responsiveness
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Work with APIs to integrate backend services

️ Backend Developer

• Develop and maintain backend systems and APIs
• Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) and optimize queries
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance services
• Integrate third-party services and internal systems
• Ensure system reliability and data integrity

Web Designer

• Design modern, user-friendly website layouts and interfaces
• Create UI/UX wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment
• Improve user experience through design thinking
• Collaborate with developers for design implementation

Collaboration (All Roles)

• Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development cycles
• Contribute ideas for product and UI/UX improvements
• Support testing, debugging, and optimization
• Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables

REQUIREMENTSFrontend Developer

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript proficiency
• Experience with React / Vue / Angular (preferred)
• Understanding of responsive design and APIs

Backend Developer

• Knowledge of Node.js, Python, Java, PHP, or similar
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and authentication

Web Designer

• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools
• Strong UI/UX design principles
• Portfolio of web or digital design work (preferred)
