Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls and emails to provide accurate information and support
• Prepare detailed sales quotations and invoice billing to ensure accurate customer transactions
• Compile and submit sales reports and forecasts to assist management in decision-making
• Submit required documents such as e-invoices and tenders through various procurement platforms efficiently
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely delivery and servicing of dispenser machines
• Monitor and manage customer payments to maintain up-to-date accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and current customer records, pricing, and sales data for operational accuracy
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and business needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales coordinator roles
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• 5.5 work days
