Prepare quotation for battery regeneration services, driver familiarization training package and sales, fleet management, li-ion battery (for lead-acid battery replacement), safety features / products, super elastic tires and wheels
Achieve monthly training KPI
Open and maintain customer accounts in CRM system
Resolve product or service issues
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs
Support other Customer Service Engineer / Executive and Coordinator when required
Meet personal/team KPIs
Handle complaints, recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives within the timeline, and follow up on the outcome
Handle internal and external enquiries on warranties or terms of sale
Compile and generate monthly service revenue reports
Job Requirements
Minimum a diploma holder in engineering
Have 2 years of relevant experience
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Familiar with CRM and SAP system
Meticulous
Able to work independently
Team player
Proactive and ability to follow up outstanding issue
