Job Responsibilities
Prepare quotations and sales documents
Coordinate with customers and internal sales team
Follow up on quotations and customer enquiries
Handle email correspondence and phone enquiries
Support daily sales administration and operations
Maintain good customer relationships
Assist with documentation and filing
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Diploma qualification preferred
Experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Service / Admin support is an advantage
Good communication and coordination skills
Able to multitask and work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
