岗位职责

Coordinate daily construction activities between site teams, contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Monitor project schedules and ensure work progresses according to timelines and project plans.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, progress updates, and meeting minutes.
Assist project managers in planning, resource allocation, and site operations.
Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Track site issues, delays, and risks, and report them to management with recommended solutions.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and construction standards.
Coordinate inspections, permits, and approvals with relevant authorities and stakeholders.
Maintain records of labor attendance, equipment usage, and material inventory.
Support budgeting and cost-control activities by monitoring expenses and purchase requests.
Facilitate effective communication among all project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve operational issues.
Assist in quality control procedures to ensure construction work meets required specifications.
Organize project meetings and follow up on action items and deadlines.
Prepare handover documents and support project close-out activities.
