The Futuristic Group is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Web Developer cum SEO to support website development, SEO optimization, and digital marketing initiatives.

This role is suitable for candidates who are interested in both website development and search engine optimization (SEO). The candidate will assist in improving website performance, search visibility, user experience, and overall digital presence. Mandarin language proficiency is required to support Mandarin-related content and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining company websites and landing pages
• Support website optimization for SEO performance and search engine ranking
• Perform on-page SEO activities including keyword optimization, meta tags, headings, image optimization, and internal linking
• Monitor website performance, loading speed, mobile responsiveness, and user experience
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
• Assist in implementing technical SEO improvements and website enhancements
• Support content upload, formatting, and SEO-friendly web structure
• Troubleshoot basic website issues, bugs, and technical errors
• Work closely with marketing and design teams for website and campaign updates
• Monitor website analytics and SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Stay updated with SEO trends, web technologies, and search engine algorithm changes
• Perform administrative and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, Digital Marketing, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Mandarin speaking and writing proficiency is required
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, or website development
• Basic understanding of SEO and website optimization
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or SEO tools is an added advantage
• Good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team environment

Bonus Skills (Added Advantage)

• Experience with WordPress, Shopify, or CMS platforms
• Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles
• Understanding of hosting, domains, and website deployment
• Exposure to Canva, Adobe, or basic design tools
