Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and swallowing assessments for clients
• Develop and implement personalized intervention plans
• Provide individual/group therapy using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team on treatment & discharge planning
• Assist in developing rehabilitation programs and training therapy assistants

Requirements:

• Degree in Speech Therapy with full AHPC registration
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• BCLS/AED certification preferred (training provided if needed)
• Strong clinical skills and a heart for patient-centered care
