Are you a numbers wizard with a sharp eye for accounts payable and cash management?

We are looking for a high-performing Senior Finance Executive to join our Treasury and Payables team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our invoice and payment ecosystems, managing vital vendor partnerships , and keeping our financial operations running like a well-oiled machine.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and streamline the invoice and payment workflows across multiple entities to meet weekly schedules and strict SLA goals.
• Validate and post PO and Non-PO supplier invoices via SAP and Esker, and manage accurate e-claim processing in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain the vendor master database, handle vendor statement reconciliations, and ensure precise compliance with Withholding Tax (WHT) and Self-Bill E-Invoicing requirements.
• Assist management with crucial cash outflow forecasting and coordinate with the Treasury team on daily cash requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting, a Business degree
• Minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
• Proven experience handling Accounts Payable and a solid understanding of cash management/solution products.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.
