Join a dynamic team to leverage your SAP ERP expertise in enhancing business operations through effective collaboration and innovative solutions. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact within a supportive and evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for enhancements and customizations of the SAP ERP system.
Translate these business requirements into functional and technical specifications, working closely with developers to create efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
Conduct configuration and maintenance of FICO modules to ensure optimal system performance.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
Identify and implement improvements to existing SAP processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Provide technical expertise and analysis during system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations.
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, ensuring timely support to end-users.
Stay current with the latest SAP technologies and trends to propose innovative solutions.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supporting SAP FICO modules, with a strong understanding of SAP processes.
Excellent research and analytical skills along with strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies in SAP and IT.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and relevant SAP certifications is advantageous.
Familiarity with additional tech tools such as RPA is a plus.
