We are located within Harbour City in the heart of the commercial, shopping and entertainment district, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon.
Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing of all dishes.
Assist Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a wide range of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Learn by practice, observe and study the work and responsibilities of Section Head and through that medium, the culinary skills of the kitchen.
Responsible for ensuring proper portion control and quality of all raw items.
Assist Pastry Chef in preparing and cooking and serving of necessary dishes .
**Must be a night shift work from 2:00 AM to 11:45 AM**
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences in hotels / catering establishments
Holder of certificate related to food hygiene will be an advantage
