GF International (a Hong Kong subsidiary of GF Fund Management ) is seeking a Fund Operations Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily valuation for various fund products, including money market funds, authorized unit trusts, Cayman funds, and QFII funds.
Oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to fund management.
Manage regulatory and compliance reporting, including SFC filings, audit reports, FMCC submissions, and FATCA/CRS reporting.
Execute trade settlements, assist in trading account setup, and streamline settlement processes.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in fund operations or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a relevant discipline.
Proficient in MS Office; programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python) are a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent teamwork skills.
Prior experience in fund administration is highly preferred. Candidates with ETF operations experience will be given priority.
