Position Title: Sales Operation Analyst ( MNC)
Tenure: 1-Year Contract (Renewable Basis)
Working Location: Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: Standard Working Hours
Salary: RM 7,600

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales forecasts, track sales pipelines, and maintain pipeline hygiene
• Participate in sales forecast calls and meetings
• Provide analytical, project, systems, and data support to sales management and commercial teams to drive actionable insights
• Gather, consolidate, assess, and disseminate multi-level reports and dashboards
• Extract and analyze data from various systems using querying tools to support in-depth business analysis
• Support annual planning activities, including sales planning, sales quota assignment, and deployment for the Services Sales team in collaboration with Sales Managers and Strategy Planners
• Publish and streamline routine reporting processes and assist Senior Analysts with ad hoc reporting requests
• Develop ongoing validation processes to ensure system and data integrity, as well as continuous improvement of information quality and reporting delivery
• Utilize strong Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, analysis, and data management tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Sales Operations, Reporting, Business Support, or related functions
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher qualification in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or related field
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a must (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, data extraction, spreadsheet management, reporting)
• Experience in preparing, analyzing, and understanding sales forecast reports and sales pipelines
• Able to handle large datasets and generate analytical reports/dashboard insights
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good command of English, both spoken and written
• Experience working in an MNC environment is preferred

Additional Notes:

• This is not a frontline sales role
• No sales target, sales incentive, or commission entitlement involved
• Candidate should be comfortable handling reporting, data analysis, and sales planning support functions only

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM7,600.00 per month
