Job Responsibilities

• Support and maintain company ERP system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer and network issues.
• Provide daily IT support to users.
• Install and configure computers, systems, and applications.
• Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
• Monitor ERP system performance and assist users on ERP-related issues.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for system issues or upgrades.
• Maintain IT equipment and inventory.
• Assist in system backup and data security.
• Support other IT projects and ad hoc tasks.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in ERP system support.
• Knowledge in hardware, networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in ERP system troubleshooting and user support.
• Able to support both ERP system and general IT infrastructure.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
